Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah: "Strict Action" Will Be Taken Against Those Who Disrupt Peace and Harmony

Siddaramaiah, the chief minister of Karnataka, issued a severe warning on Saturday against any entity that disturbs social harmony and tranquilly.

After decorating the monument of former prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru in honour of his 59th death anniversary, the Congress leader spoke with media. Siddaramaiah emphasised that the administration has not mentioned outlawing RSS in relation to debate of outlawing organisations in the state.

He said that the portfolio distribution to the new cabinet members will take place either today or tomorrow. All 34 of the new government's authorised ministerial seats were filled earlier in the day after 24 ministers were sworn in.
